There's a reason that terrorists and jihadists thrive under Islam... It is a religion that nurtures thugs with thin skin and zippo for a sense of humour, elevating them to lofty status and power.
What brings me to this conclusion? Look at any number of "Islam is offended" mobs, riots, international pouting and violence.... from the Danish cartoons to the Pope. Doesn't matter. When "Islam" is offended, "Islam" stomps it's foot like a childish two-year old, demands retribution, and races out to murder anyone remotely related - or not - to the "offense".
COPENHAGEN, Denmark - Videos showing anti-immigrant party members mocking the Prophet Muhammad were pulled from Web sites Monday as two youths seen in the clips were reported in hiding and the Foreign Ministry warned Danes against traveling to much of the Middle East.
Muslim clerics from Egypt and Indonesia condemned the video broadcast in Denmark last week showing members of the Danish People's Party youth wing with cartoons of a camel wearing the head of Muhammad and beer cans for humps. A second drawing placed a turbaned, bearded man next to a plus sign and a bomb, all equaling a mushroom cloud.
In a move aimed at defusing tension, the Danish Foreign Ministry invited ambassadors from Muslim countries to discuss the video Monday. It was unclear how many diplomats took part in the meeting or which countries they represented.

In Jordan on Monday, a powerful umbrella for some 200,000 professionals including engineers, doctors and journalists, said the video "reveals hatred toward the Prophet who came to the world with a message to enlighten the people."
"We call on all Muslim states to sever relations with Denmark or any other country which harms Islam," the associations said in a statement.
They said the video revealed the "nature of the struggle between Muslims and their enemies which are led by America."
"Harms Islam"??? Give me a break. If Islam can be harmed by criticism or mockery, then there ain't much to it. In fact I'm more inclined to believe that it thrives mostly by fear mongering, and keeps it flock intact under penalty of death. Hang, they can't possibly believe that people actually and genuinely "convert" at the point of a sabre (the crux of the Pope's quote), do they?
Christianity's Jesus Christ has been mocked in everything from art shows at major NYC galleries for big bucks, to South Park satire for big ratings. Do you see anyone in hiding from mobs of offended Christians? Sure, Christians verbally complained. But are they out on the streets murdering, threatening, and actively seeking the perps?
And even more offensive - and embarrassing, BTW - is the response of international diplomatic powerhouses. They are anxiously huddled behind closed doors, desperately seeking a way to soothe over Muslim troubled minds before even more deaths and weeks of violence commence. What wusses. How did these weinies get power to wield over the world? I want my money back!
The Pope uses a quote that states Islam uses some severe methods to increase their flock, and the Muslim world riots, causing property damage and personal injury. Let's examine a few facts, shall we? Like how about all those newly "converted" journalists they kidnapped in the past year? Well 'scuuuuuuse me, but doesn't the terrorists' behavior and Muslim response offer substantial proof that the quote the Pope used was right on? Nice goin', bozo sons and daughters of Allah. All of you could use a lesson from the Amish on gracious portrayal of your religious beliefs, it appears.
Now I'm one to be as tolerant as fair can be. But I'll be darned if I will tip toe around one religion more than another under the threat of beheading. And nor should the world. If you don't stand up to street gang thugs, you'll be at their mercy every moment you're in their territory. And if you all haven't noticed, Muslim "territory" has grown at an unbelievable rate. Beats the devil out of me as to why.
And to those rumoured "moderate Muslims" out there... you should make a concerted effort to stand up and give a better portrayal to your so-called peaceful religion by demonstrating a more socially accepted reaction to criticism. I'm not seeing much indignation by you who reputedly feel your religion has been "hijacked". So are the terrorists who Islam is? Or not? Speak up... I CAN'T HEAR YOU!
Instead your very silence and non-action lead the rest of us to believe the terrorists are indicative of your Islam and it's devotion to enslavement of humanity, third world conditions, and violence.
And oh by the way, get a bloody sense of humor along the way too. Learn to buck up under critique like the rest of us have to. Contrary to the jihadist belief, you are no more privileged on this planet than the rest of us. In fact, what has been demonstrated more adeptly is that Islam worshippers are thin skinnned, hot tempered, and love to hide behind women and children while they attack. Hard to admire this kind of "religion".
Now if we could just get international liberal leadership to come to this conclusion....
