UPDATE: School students deride solder

'SLUR' TEACH 'SORRY'
NY Post
See previous post below...

It comes as no surprise that the teacher and school district is fast with an official "apology" for harrassing Pfc. Rob Jacobs with hate letters from 6th graders. One can see your educational career biting the dust with such BS.

The Dept. of Education is sending a letter of apology to Pfc. Jacobs and family.... graciously accepted by the soldier's attorney father. In the meantime, the stellar US warrior admits to finding the letters "demoralizing".

Strategically placed through out the NY Post article is the school district's "free speech" 1st amendment defense, used in conjunction with their "apology". But can apologies "undo" this kind of damage?

DEMAND THIS TEACHER's DISMISSAL IMMEDIATELY!

Putting someone of this ilk in charge of our future leaders is unconcionable. And, if the "freedom of speech" argument can be justified, that teacher should have known not to torment a soldier doing his duty, but have the students address their complaints to the White House. This instruction should be removed from contact with impressionable youth. Period!
