Preaching optimism and slamming Democrats, conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh was greeted like a rock star by a packed San Jose Civic Auditorium audience Tuesday night.
``I'm doing better than ever before. Every year is better,'' he said, adding, ``I wish everything that has happened to me could happen to you.''

In San Jose?? Hard to believe! Could that area have morphed since we both left, Alia???
I've been watching it morph for many years, Mata. The blue zones are fairly much contained in San Francisco and Los Angeles areas, where the population densities of legal and illegal immigrants is greatest. But the counties are seeping, red.. bit by bit.
