Larry Sabato has suddenly said a thing I agree with: Hillary may run but a win is not assured. Mr. Sabato details Hillary's sins assuredly in the memory division of the public minds, and of recent vintage: Secret-and-failed reform of healthcare, tawdry Clinton scandals, Vince Foster, Whitewater, missing billing records, Monica, impeachment, last-minute pardons. (He didn't mention "Cattlegate").
For Hillary to win, Sabato says, there must be "a decisive rejection of the Bush regime and GOP actions in Congress."
Puts me in mind of Leslie Nielsen character continuing to pop his head into the cockpit door: It's a failed mission: But we're counting on you.
