Child Population Dwindles in San Francisco

Ya think? Oh, let me count the ways WHY child population *might* be dwindling in ole' SF, land where the adults think everything is about themselves... the US center of "me-ism". Too bad the grownups in their pursuit of the kingdom of selfdom have made it very hard for actual children to have actual childhoods in SF. You see, the personal is political, and in that quorum, leaves no room for real-time children. The author of the news blurb attributes the problem to REAL ESTATE prices. But, doesn't do a fiddler's damned worth of effort explaining the "me-ism" which laid laws for making real estate so 'spensive. Heck, SF has become the master playground for "grown-ups". Doesn't leave much room for children in that scenario...

Oh yes, but the author brings up that more gays are "adopting". Hint, hint...

This, from the article, brought a blast of guffaw from my gut:

"We are at a crossroads here," said N'Tanya Lee, executive director of the nonprofit Coleman Advocates for Children and Youth. "We are moving toward a place where we could have an infrastructure of children's services and no children."

Well,..when your opinion is that you'd rather KILL children than have to take the time out to RAISE them, what else do you expect. Maybe this is Darwinism at its finest - the stupid don't reproduce and are overrun by the smartest.
