I thoroughly enjoyed both of your comments INRE my "judicial independence" post below. Obviously we are all on the same tract when it comes to our views of lawmakers and law interpreters.
Thus I went into peals of laughter when I saw this headline. Here's a state and Fox News reporter subtly suggesting we're better off if our elected ones ARE lawyers!
Frightening prospective at state OR national level, no?
