Castor has said that the accuser's yearlong delay in coming forward, and her contact with Cosby in the past year, weighed in the comedian's favor.
The prosecutor said he also reviewed claims by other people that Cosby had "behaved inappropriately" toward them, but that detectives could find no instance "where anyone complained to law enforcement of conduct which would constitute a criminal offense."
and then the article contains:
It is the policy of The Associated Press not to publish names of alleged sexual assault victims without their consent
Alia Vibe: I'm very glad for Bill Cosby. Despite all the he said/she said stuff alleged to have gone on. Why'd the female wait a year??? Assault is immediate and very real.
But back to the AP "policy" on not publishing names of "alleged" sexual assault victims... say wha? They'll publish the NAME OF the TARGET of an ALLEGED SEXUAL ASSAULT?
Anyone besides me see what's wrong with this picture and THAT policy? Hmmm?

Alia,
I've made my opinions about this case known on my blog.
As you may have read, she (the 'victim') is now going to sue Cosby. This will serve nobody and puts Cosby in a position where, if he settles, the stigma of guilt will hang over him and if he battles in court, he can't continue to rail against what's wrong with balc America. Either way, the NAACP wins.
:(
When Democrats say they care about "the little" guy -- they usually are squashing someone in order to hide a bigger story, a more incriminating story.
