"Chicken Little" is alive and well..

ATLANTA - Two months after a flu vaccine shortage spread alarm across the country, a federal advisory panel Friday recommended the government ease restrictions on the nation's supply and make shots available to everyone 50 and older.

The move was prompted by worries that tens of thousands of doses of flu vaccine might go to waste.

Mata Musing

First it's not only a health crisis promising potential deaths enmasse, but it's another "Bush failure" and political rocket, shoulder fired at the White House by the disgruntled left.

Now it's a non-story - no epidemic, and tons of vaccines scrambled together to meet the nation's need may go to waste.

I sure wish the Chicken Little media and CDC would make up their minds.... should we panic or not?
