How might the Electoral Map look to the Terrorists?

Again, one has to look very carefully at the county by county map to see that, for example, that the entire state of CA did NOT vote blue; just that the urban centers like San Francisco and Los Angeles have more population density.



The terrorists don't care who we voted for: We are all targets here, regardless of the political "nuance".
