Human activities contributed to tsunami's ravages'
Human activities, notably the building of coastal resorts and the destruction of natural protection, contributed to the enormous loss of life from killer tidal waves that hit the shores of the Indian Ocean after an earthquake, an environmental expert said today.

Realllllly? lol! Oh My!
This "Jeff McNeely, chief scientist of the Swiss-based World Conservation Union (IUCN)" is a major twit:
" On the other hand, Sunday's quake would not have been a disaster for local wildlife still left in the affected areas, he added."
That's right! The huge waves would have become intelligent and said to themselves: "Oh No! Do not sweep away that native local wildlife -- only get the humans and all they have built!"
That's it folks: From SUV's with intelligence... now TSUNAMI's have... "intelligence".
Wait for it.... he says: " "Animals are smart enough to move."
Yep. They would have outrun those tsunamis.

What revelations this ya ya brings to the table! Yawn... snort, snort.
But I do agree on one thing. Animals tend to sniff something awry. I've seen it with the CA earthquakes. Storms in FL. Watch the birds in your neck of the wood before thunderstorms or tornado warnings. They are amazingly in tune with Moma Nature.
Mata? I don't think it's because animals are superiorly gifted this way. I think humans would be (were) just as "gifted" before they got so distracted by "life". Folks living simply? They can detect what the animals detect, IMHO and IM assessment. I watch the skies all the time. I sniff the air, I observe what is going on around me. Distracted by chores, work, etc., I don't observe as much "natural" occurrences. Or the signs.
Hummm... perhaps we are in agreement in a strange way. I think humans have the capability to sense, but indeed are easily distracted.
Animals? That sense must be in place for their very survival. Thereby it is more prevalent. Yes?
